Grinder Tip

Joel’s Tip for this week is; When grinding salt or pepper onto something hot, tilt the grinder on an angle. This stops condensation building up inside the grinder and restricting the flow.

To keep your salt flowing freely keep your shaker in the fridge. You have to try it to believe it, I didn’t at first.

How true!! Just tonight while cooking pasta sauce I noticed my salt and pepper grinders were both hard to turn, so put them on the window sill in the sun to dry out. Real deja vu!!
