Fruity Sorbet

Catherine H sent in this delicious tip. Pop a tin of Wattie’s fruit into the freezer overnight. Take off the top and bottom with can opener and push the frozen fruit and juice out of the can with wooden spoon. Use a stick blender, food processor or blender and whiz the frozen fruit into a delicious sorbet. Dairy free and fat free too.

Its a great idea. I usually find it better to whiz the fruit and the put it in a pot in the freezer and then just scoop it out the pot. Works either way tho! Great stuff
