Kia ora everybody, welcome to Lana’s corner, my first ever blog!

Well I couldn’t have asked for a better start to 2009 of course, it is so exciting being the new presenter of Food in a Minute.
I was lucky to have a wonderful Christmas and New Year break, full of food, fun and family, all the ingredients for my perfect holiday. My batteries are now fully charged, which is lucky because at the moment it is go, go, go!

I have completed my first shoot with the wonderful Food in a Minute team. As you can imagine there is an awful lot going on and many pieces of the puzzle to be put together.
